These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the AIgoesON website, platform, applications, APIs, reports, monitoring features, decision-support tools, and related services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by NEXUS SP Z o.o., doing business as AIgoesON (“AIgoesON,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Services, creating an account, purchasing a subscription, ordering a Deep Report, or otherwise indicating acceptance of these Terms, you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Services.
1.1 Nature and Scope of the Services
AIgoesON provides technology-enabled research, evidence aggregation, source-lineage analysis, contradiction detection, monitoring, decision-support, reporting, and related intelligence features.
The Services are designed to help users investigate information, understand evidence, identify uncertainty and contradictions, evaluate alternatives, monitor changes, and make more informed decisions.
AIgoesON is an informational and analytical technology platform. Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, AIgoesON does not provide legal, financial, tax, accounting, medical, insurance, investment, employment, immigration, regulatory, or other professional advice.
Information generated, summarized, ranked, interpreted, or presented by the Services must not be treated as a substitute for advice from an appropriately qualified professional.
1.2 No Guarantee of Accuracy or Outcome
AIgoesON is designed to prioritize evidence, trace source lineage, surface contradictions, preserve uncertainty, and abstain where available information is insufficient. However, the Services may contain omissions, delays, inaccuracies, errors, outdated information, conflicting information, or incorrect interpretations.
The existence of a source, citation, evidence chain, recommendation, status, or analytical conclusion does not guarantee that the underlying information is complete, accurate, current, lawful, or applicable to your particular circumstances.
AIgoesON does not guarantee any particular decision, financial result, saving, return, opportunity, business outcome, legal outcome, or other benefit.
1.3 User Responsibility
You remain responsible for evaluating information supplied through the Services and for all decisions and actions you take based on that information.
You are responsible for independently verifying material facts before taking consequential action, particularly where an error could result in financial loss, legal exposure, safety risks, contractual obligations, or other material consequences.
1.4 Human Authorization
AIgoesON is designed around human authority and human oversight.
Unless a specific feature expressly states otherwise and appropriate authorization has been obtained, AIgoesON does not independently enter into contracts, submit legally binding communications, purchase goods or services, transfer funds, alter accounts, or otherwise take consequential actions on your behalf.
Where an action workflow is provided, you remain responsible for reviewing the proposed action and providing any required authorization.
1.5 Accounts and Account Security
You must provide accurate account information and keep it reasonably current.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity conducted through your account, except to the extent caused by AIgoesON’s own breach of applicable law or contractual obligations.
You must promptly notify us at Live@AIgoesON.com if you suspect unauthorized access, credential compromise, or misuse of your account.
1.6 Eligibility
You may use the Services only if you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement and are not prohibited from receiving the Services under applicable law.
If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
1.7 Payments, Subscriptions and Renewal
Paid Services may include recurring subscriptions and one-time purchases.
Current pricing, billing frequency, included usage, and plan limitations are presented at the time of purchase and may be updated from time to time.
Current reference pricing may include Pro at €19/month, Advanced at €49/month, and Deep Reports from €14.99 per report, subject to the prices, taxes, promotions, billing terms, and plan details displayed at checkout.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the applicable renewal date, subject to the terms presented at checkout and any mandatory rights under applicable consumer law.
Payments are processed through third-party payment infrastructure, including Stripe, Inc. AIgoesON does not intentionally store raw payment-card numbers handled directly by its payment processor.
Taxes, VAT, duties, or similar charges may apply depending on your location and applicable law.
1.8 Consumer Cancellation and Digital Services
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights that apply under the laws of your country of residence.
Where applicable consumer law provides a statutory right of withdrawal for a distance contract, that right will apply subject to the relevant legal rules and exceptions.
Where the Services, a Deep Report, or other digital content or digital services are made available or performance begins during an applicable withdrawal period, AIgoesON will use the consent and acknowledgment mechanisms required by applicable law where necessary for the user to request immediate performance or to lose a statutory withdrawal right.
1.9 Deep Reports
Deep Reports are digital research outputs generated specifically for the requesting user.
Where permitted by applicable law, a Deep Report may become non-cancellable or non-refundable after substantive generation or delivery has begun, particularly where the user has expressly requested immediate performance and any legally required consent and acknowledgment have been obtained.
Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable statutory consumer rights.
1.10 Decision Assurance / Service Credits
Where a paid plan expressly includes a Decision Assurance or similar service-credit commitment, that commitment applies only within the published scope and eligibility criteria of the applicable plan or program.
Any such commitment is a service-level remedy, not an insurance policy, guarantee of financial performance, or guarantee that a user will obtain a desired outcome.
Eligibility, exclusions, verification standards, and service-credit amounts may be specified within the applicable plan or program documentation.
1.11 Intellectual Property
The Services, including their software, interfaces, visual systems, branding, logos, trademarks, designs, workflows, documentation, proprietary methodologies, and underlying technology, are owned by or licensed to AIgoesON and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Except as expressly permitted by these Terms, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, scrape, or otherwise exploit any portion of the Services.
1.12 User Content and Inputs
You retain ownership of content, information, documents, prompts, decisions, and other materials that you submit to the Services (“User Content”), subject to the rights reasonably necessary for AIgoesON to operate the Services, provide requested processing, maintain security, comply with law, and perform any other processing disclosed in the Privacy Policy or applicable written agreement.
You represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary to submit User Content and to permit AIgoesON and its authorized service providers to process it for the purposes described.
You must not submit information that you are prohibited from sharing, including confidential, classified, privileged, or regulated information unless you have the necessary authority and the Services expressly support such use.
1.13 Third-Party Services and Sources
The Services may depend on, integrate with, or retrieve information through third-party websites, APIs, search providers, language models, data providers, payment providers, cloud infrastructure, and other external systems.
Third-party services may change, restrict, suspend, discontinue, rate-limit, or otherwise limit availability without notice.
AIgoesON is not responsible for third-party content, availability, accuracy, policies, security practices, or performance except to the extent required by applicable law.
1.14 Modifications to the Services
We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features, plans, integrations, usage limits, or portions of the Services from time to time.
Where required by law, we will provide appropriate notice of material changes.
1.15 Suspension and Termination
AIgoesON may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect the Services, other users, third parties, or AIgoesON from fraud, abuse, security threats, unlawful activity, material Terms violations, payment failures, or excessive technical load.
Where reasonably practicable, we may provide notice and an opportunity to cure before termination, except where immediate action is necessary.
1.16 Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.
AIgoesON disclaims warranties not expressly stated in these Terms, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and uninterrupted operation, to the extent such disclaimers are legally permitted.
1.17 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AIgoesON and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, business opportunities, goodwill, data, or anticipated savings arising from or relating to the Services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIgoesON’s aggregate liability arising from the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to AIgoesON for the affected Services during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or such other amount required by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
1.18 Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AIgoesON and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and reasonable expenses arising out of: your unlawful use of the Services; your violation of these Terms; your infringement or violation of another person’s rights; your User Content; or your unauthorized use of third-party information, systems, or accounts.
1.19 Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that cannot lawfully be waived.
Any dispute that may lawfully be submitted to the agreed courts shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Warsaw, Poland, subject to any mandatory jurisdictional rights available under applicable consumer, data-protection, or other applicable law.
1.20 Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
The updated version becomes effective when posted unless a later date is stated. Continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.
1.21 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
1.22 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with applicable plan terms, policies, order forms, and referenced documents, constitute the agreement between you and AIgoesON concerning the Services, except where a separately executed written agreement controls.
