Action Authorization & Human Oversight
Effective / Last Updated: September 11, 2026
AIgoesON is built around a human-in-the-loop operating model.
The platform may prepare, organize, simulate, recommend, or present an action workflow. However, consequential actions should require appropriate human authorization unless a separate written agreement expressly establishes another authorized workflow.
Examples of consequential actions may include:
Purchases; contracts; financial transfers; legal submissions; binding communications; account changes; business commitments; or other actions capable of materially affecting a person or organization.
Human Review
You are responsible for reviewing material details before authorizing an action.
Authorization Records
Where supported, AIgoesON may retain authorization metadata necessary to establish that an action was approved through the applicable interface.
Abstention
Where evidence is insufficient, outdated, contradictory, technically unavailable, or otherwise inadequate, AIgoesON may refuse to proceed or require additional user review.
No Delegation by Implication
Use of the Services does not automatically grant AIgoesON legal authority to represent you, bind you, contract on your behalf, or act as your agent.
