You may use AIgoesON only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not compromise the security, availability, integrity, or rights of AIgoesON, other users, third parties, or external systems.

You must not use the Services to:

Conduct or facilitate unlawful activities; commit fraud, deception, impersonation, theft, or abuse; circumvent access controls, rate limits, authentication, paywalls, or other technical restrictions; access confidential, classified, privileged, or restricted information without authorization; generate or facilitate credible threats of violence or targeted harm; infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other rights; deploy automated extraction systems against AIgoesON without written authorization; scrape, crawl, mirror, harvest, or systematically reproduce Deep Reports or source-lineage data; reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to discover protected algorithms or proprietary systems; introduce malware, malicious code, denial-of-service activity, or other harmful technology; circumvent usage, billing, or access restrictions; create unauthorized accounts for the purpose of avoiding limits; share accounts beyond the permissions of the applicable plan; use the Services in a manner that imposes unreasonable computational or operational load; or use AIgoesON as the sole basis for high-risk decisions where independent professional review is reasonably necessary.

Fair Use

Plans containing deep research, monitoring, or computationally intensive functionality may be subject to reasonable fair-use limits.

If usage materially threatens system stability or exceeds commercially reasonable levels, AIgoesON may impose rate limits, temporarily restrict functionality, or offer an appropriate higher-capacity plan.

Where practical, we will attempt to provide reasonable notice before material restrictions are imposed, except in cases involving abuse, security, fraud, or urgent operational risk.
