NEXUS SP Z o.o., operating AIgoesON, respects your privacy and is committed to processing personal data lawfully, fairly, transparently, and proportionately.
Depending on the context and the service being provided, AIgoesON may act as a data controller or data processor. The applicable role depends on the purposes and means of the relevant processing activity.
2.1 Information We Collect
Account Information — Name, email address, authentication identifiers, profile information, and account preferences.
Decision and Research Inputs — Questions, prompts, decision criteria, preferences, constraints, uploaded materials, research objectives, and other information you voluntarily provide.
Decision Intelligence Data — Saved decisions, evidence relationships, source lineage, monitoring instructions, watch conditions, outcomes, and related metadata necessary to provide the Services.
Technical Information — IP address, device type, browser information, operating system, approximate location where available, timestamps, diagnostic information, authentication events, security events, and usage information.
Transaction Information — Subscription plan, transaction status, invoices, billing identifiers, and limited payment metadata supplied by our payment processor.
We do not intentionally store complete payment-card numbers when those details are handled directly by our payment provider.
2.2 How We Use Information
We may process information to: provide and maintain the Services; authenticate users; conduct research and evidence retrieval; construct source lineage; monitor user-defined decisions; detect contradictions and changes; generate reports; maintain decision memory; process payments; provide customer support; prevent fraud and abuse; secure our infrastructure; diagnose technical problems; measure and improve Service performance; comply with legal obligations; and enforce our agreements.
2.3 AI Processing and Model Training
Your private decision inputs, account information, and proprietary decision data are not intentionally used by AIgoesON to train publicly available foundational AI models, unless you separately authorize such processing or applicable contractual terms expressly provide otherwise.
Certain third-party infrastructure providers may process information on our behalf solely to provide the Services. Where applicable, contractual and technical controls are used to govern such processing.
2.4 Legal Bases
Where the GDPR applies, we process personal data under one or more lawful bases recognized by applicable law, which may include: performance of a contract; compliance with legal obligations; legitimate interests; consent; and other lawful bases applicable to a particular processing activity.
The appropriate legal basis depends on the purpose and context of the processing.
2.5 Third-Party Service Providers
AIgoesON uses trusted third-party service providers to deliver its core architecture. These may include: Supabase, Inc. — user session management and database storage; Stripe, Inc. — payment processing; Vercel, Inc. — cloud infrastructure and global application hosting; and External AI & Web Retrieval API Providers — AI processing and real-time evidence retrieval.
Additional providers may be engaged where necessary for authentication, security, analytics, communications, support, monitoring, search, or other operational requirements.
2.6 International Transfers
Personal data may be processed in countries other than your country of residence, including where our infrastructure or service providers operate internationally.
Where required by applicable data-protection law, AIgoesON will implement an appropriate lawful transfer mechanism, such as an adequacy decision, Standard Contractual Clauses, or another legally recognized mechanism.
2.7 Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain your account, support continuous monitoring and decision memory, satisfy legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent abuse, and support legitimate operational purposes.
Decision history may be retained while your account remains active so that continuous monitoring, decision memory, and outcome tracking can function.
After account termination, data may be deleted, anonymized, or retained for a limited period where necessary for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, dispute-resolution, or other lawful purposes.
Specific retention periods may vary by data category and purpose.
2.8 Your Rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights including: the right to be informed; access; rectification; erasure; restriction of processing; data portability; objection; withdrawal of consent where processing is based on consent; and the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
Where applicable, you may also have rights relating to automated decision-making and profiling under data-protection law.

2.9 Deletion

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, destruction, or unauthorized disclosure.
No online service can guarantee absolute security. You should use strong credentials, protect your devices, and promptly report suspected compromise.
2.11 Children
The Services are not intended for children below the minimum age required by applicable law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children where such collection is prohibited.
