This architecture inherently depends on networks, third-party infrastructure, public websites, APIs, search providers, language-model services, data providers, and other systems outside our direct control.

No Guarantee of Continuous Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or latency-free access to the Services.

Availability may be affected by: scheduled maintenance; emergency maintenance; network failures; cloud infrastructure failures; third-party outages; API restrictions; rate limits; changes to external websites; data-source blocking; cybersecurity incidents; force majeure events; or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Monitoring and Research Availability

A monitoring job, report, source retrieval task, or research workflow may be delayed, interrupted, incomplete, or unavailable.

If the system cannot obtain sufficient information to establish a requested condition, the appropriate system state may be Unknown, Unresolved, Not Established, or Unavailable rather than a successful result.

Runtime Transparency

Where operational status indicators are available, they are intended to communicate known system conditions.

A runtime status indicator is informational and does not constitute a warranty of future availability.
